Step 1: Locate a Capture Space and Lay Down Flooring
Ideal Room Dimensions: 25’ x 20’ x 12’
Minimum Room Dimensions: 20' x 15' x 10'
It is easiest to lay the floor tiles from the center and work your way out
Place a piece of tape or marking in the center of the floor
Step 2: Deploy the Tripods around the Capture Space
Use the 4th Knob on the Tripod to deploy the legs into a wide stand for stability
Place the Tripods as equally spaced as possible around the capture floor, leaving space between the floor and the tripod so the floor does not bump the tripods with movement
Step 3: Attach the Ball Head Mounts and Cameras to Each Tripod
Screw the Ball Head Mounts onto the Tripods in clockwise number order starting with the front middle tripod
Use the Knob on the Ball Head Mount to Adjust the mount placement
Clip the corresponding numbered Cameras into the Mounts by sliding in the front, clipping in the back and making sure the lever in the back clips closed
To release a camera, release the lever and pull the camera off
Step 4: Aim the Cameras and then adjust the Tripod Height using Knobs 1-3 on the Tripod
Use the Knob on the Ball Head Mount to initially aim the Camera depending on its desired height
Adjust the Tripod height starting with Knob 1 then 2 then 3
Step 5: Run the Ethernet cables around the capture space and plug them in
Run the Cables or Cable Snake around the outside of the capture floor and under the tripods
Line up the Colored Boots on the Cables with the matching Cameras and Mounts and Plug them into the back of each camera
Plug in the end of the Cables to the Switch in color order
