- Depth: The difference between the height of the pelvis while standing and the minimum height of the pelvis after foot contact.
- GRF Landing: The maximum ground reaction force magnitude (N) produced from foot contact to when the pelvis reaches its minimum height
- GRF Ratio: The maximum landing ground reaction force magnitude (N) divided by the individual’s mass (in Newtons)
**Note: The landing flexion angles will also be helpful in determining if the individual landed with excessive stiffness

- Stiff landings have been associated with ACL tear risk and they can also be useful to determine if a patient with an injured limb has developed the proper strength and control to attenuate landing forces.
