Implementation
How is this used in the clinical setting and why is it important?
Establishes a baseline during the initial patient evaluation. The therapist has quantitative evidence to improve patient engagement and physician trust/understanding.
The therapist has a means to longitudinally track the patient ensuring progression and continuing to have a basis for effective communication with the patient and Doctor until the patient is cleared.
